The Muscle D Squat Rack is an important piece of strength training equipment that allows the trainee to perform barbell squats, seated and standing overhead barbell presses, bench presses with an adjustable weight bench and more. The multiple gun rack style bar holders offer on-the-fly and hands free bar height adjustments with no adjustable J-hooks to worry about. Extended built-in safety bars protect users in case of a missed rep on squats or presses and is lined with thick nylon to protect the powder coated finish of the rack as well as the diamond knurling on your power bar. And two weight horns on each side provide weight plate storage for Olympic plates and rubber bumper plates.

Note: Weight plates and Olympic bar not included.
