The French Fitness R8 Half Cage / Squat Rack is the perfect addition to any commercial gym or home set up. It is an all in one station that allows primary exercises such as squats, bench press, barbell rows and deadlifts. It is a great option if you are training without a partner.
Certified heavy duty as it is made with thicker commercial grade tubing, extra long reinforced safety catches and easily adjustable hooks. A wide, non slip, multi grip pull up bar is included. Benches conveniently fit, allowing a number of single and compound exercises.

Note: Weight plates and Olympic bar not included.
